From the studio that brought us beautiful animations such as Eureka Seven and Darker than Black...comes their new show called Star Driver(輝きのタクト Sutā Doraibā). The first episode was like most animes, an introduction to the characters & setting. I wasn't expecting a cool fight scene untill episode 2 but I was pleasantly surprised. I really love anorexic character designs, especially when the mechs are also toothpicks. The MC Takuto Tsunashi seems to have the title of Galactic Pretty Boy. Yeah I'm serious but we'll see how this all plays out. During his "henshin" scene he reminded me of Sheryl Nome from Frontier haha.
